Luis not only possesses the wine knowledge and the accredited certifications but also the working knowledge acquired through a career in restaurant management and wine consulting.

The Côtes du Rhône AOP is the base designation for the entire Rhône Valley. The white wine for this appellation is composed of a minimum 80% combined of Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne, Bourboulenc, and Viogner.
